Massage

What to expect during a massage?

Your massage therapist will chat with you about what areas you’d like to have worked on. Face, scalp, neck, back, arms, legs and feet are all typical areas most people request to include in their massages. Glutes (buttocks) and abdomen are also areas that can be massaged for various reasons and require special draping to avoid exposure of breast area (in females) and genitals/gluteal cleft. You undress to your comfort level but completely nude or underwear on are the easiest for your massage therapist to do their job. You’ll be under a sheet and blanket at all times.
